Hello, Jordana! I just recieved your new satchel bag for my birthday and I love it!! My husband got it for me and is forever on my good list! I was wondering, however, if it was normal for the top to be a little open on one side, or is it usually closed tight. I am asking because the box was a little squished on one side, then I noticed the little gap. Please let me know. By the way, the story of your beginnings in the business are really inspiring-I soooo admire your hard work. Bravo!!!!!

Sounds like your bag got bent when it was shipped. It shouldn't have a gap. I will file a claim with UPS. I'll send you an email with details.
