It's official! As of today, JCA, Inc is the distributor of my products. I am full of mixed emotions, mostly excited and happy, but a little part of me is sad. For the past four years I've been in control of everything down to the very last piece of tape to package up orders. I'm mostly going to miss creating the relationships with the shop owners and hearing their stories about the products...please still call me.
Overall, I know having a distributor is the next step needed to grow the company. I can't do everything. Now my time won't be spent making sales calls, invoicing and shipping. I'll have more time to do what I really want to--design. What it means for you; more new products, in your LYS sooner.
Next week I leave for TNNA. I will be in the JCA booth on Sunday. Please stop by and say hi. It's weird to be going to a show and not having to package up displays, samples and catalogs. Guess this is what it's like to not have to do everything!

Just wanted to say thanks again for your excellent customer service in regards to my bag. Think of all that lovely "spare time" you will have when someone else does all that hard slogging of your lovely products....will give you lots more time to chat to your customers! Good luck!
