I'm really enjoying my draping class. Last week we measured our dress forms and marked them with the bust, waist and hip lines. Yesterday we started draping. So far it's very basic, just a fitted bodice with a dart in the front and two in the back. It's definitely as much fun as I always thought it would be. We'll see if I'm saying this in a couple weeks when the fabric stops behaving though.

The supply list for the class very long and while we each have our own dress form there aren't lockers for us to store all the supplies in. What's a girl to do? Use a Jordana Paige of course. I was so tickled when I grabbed a bag and saw how my draping tools fit perfectly, like I had designed it for such a use all along.
