Day 25: Just Like Is

Growing up I always wanted to be like my big sister, Elizabeth or as I would call her, "Is". I'd wait for her to get dressed in the morning so I could try to put together the same outfit. While most kids don't like getting hand-me-downs, I anxiously waited for her to outgrow dresses so I could have them. Each birthday our Gran would make us matching dresses. I remember being crushed the year she declared at the fabric store that we could no longer have matching dresses.

Now we share our fashion secrets with each other. This morning I opened up the world of tights, belts and cardigans to her, while she helped me style the last 6 looks for the sweater challenge, this one included. Actually, everything I'm wearing today is hers. We visited the book store today, got some coffee, found a couple of comfortable chairs and cracked open our new books. Sisters are the best!
